Shipping & delivery

Lead times

We manufacture to order, so lead time is quoted on most items — usually within 2–3 weeks, plus shipping time (typically 1–3 business days). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Mirrors

Delivery to Sydney Metro within a 25 km radius has a flat-rate shipping fee (installation not included). Orders beyond Sydney Metro, for pieces that box to around 1 × 1 m, ship via our courier partner, Shippit, at a published national rate — see Delivery & installation for current pricing. Larger and oversize mirrors are delivered by arrangement — we'll confirm the best option and price with you.

Prints

Prints are shipped in a tube and can be sent Australia-wide via our couriers.

Pickup

Prefer to collect? Pick up your order from our Matraville workshop at no charge. Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and Sat 11am–2pm.

Couriers & insurance

We use Shippit and private direct couriers. Items shipped with Shippit are insured automatically.
