Programme & capacity

Lead times for volume

Everything is made to order in our Matraville workshop, so a rollout is scheduled, not stocked. Here is how we plan one — and what we need from you to commit to dates.

Standard make time
Approx. 2–3 weeks, plus 1–3 business days in transit, for most pieces. Custom-made metal frames (custom sizes and tapware-inspired finishes) are built on a longer cycle — approx. 4–8 weeks. Each product page states its own lead time.
Sample or prototype first
We build and sign off a sample before a rollout starts, so the run is approved against a physical piece, not a drawing.
Rollouts staged to your programme
Larger runs are delivered in stages to suit your site access and handover dates, rather than in one drop.

Sample turnaround, per-stage delivery dates and monthly capacity are confirmed in writing on your formal quote, against your programme. If you are speccing to a fixed handover, talk to us before you lock the dates — call (02) 9690 2311.
