Made to order. We manufacture in our Matraville workshop, so please allow approx. 2–3 weeks, plus 1–3 business days in transit. If you have a deadline, call us on 02 9690 2311 before you order — we can often turn work around faster.

Delivery. Sydney metro delivery is a flat rate within a 25 km radius (installation not included). Orders beyond Sydney metro are sent via our courier partner. Installation. We can deliver and install for you — mirror installation, gallery hanging and oversized pieces, handled by our installation teams. See Delivery & installation for rates, or talk to us about a large or commercial job.

Arrived damaged? Photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — that's what our courier's insurance requires. This is separate from, and shorter than, the change-of-mind window below.
